Services
Parent Consultation
Parent consultation is a collaborative counseling service designed to support parents and caregivers in understanding and responding effectively to their child's emotional, behavioral, developmental, or social needs. Through consultation, parents receive guidance, practical strategies, and evidence-based tools to address challenges at home, strengthen parent-child relationships, and promote healthy development.
Parent consultation may focus on concerns such as behavior management, emotional regulation, anxiety, school-related difficulties, family transitions, communication challenges, and parenting stress. Sessions provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for caregivers to explore concerns, build confidence in their parenting approach, and develop individualized strategies that align with their family's values and goals.
Parent consultation can be beneficial as a standalone service or as a complement to a child's individual therapy, helping to create consistency and support across the child's environments.
Couples Counseling
Using an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based relationship therapies, couples counseling focuses on identifying recurring interaction patterns, improving communication, and addressing the underlying emotions and attachment needs that often remain unspoken. Partners are supported in developing greater awareness of their relationship dynamics, understanding one another's perspectives, and learning healthier ways to navigate conflict, stress, and disconnection.
The therapeutic process helps couples strengthen emotional intimacy, rebuild trust, enhance problem-solving skills, and foster more secure and satisfying connections. Interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each relationship and draw from established approaches such as the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based frameworks. The goal is to help couples create lasting changes that promote deeper understanding, resilience, and relationship satisfaction.
Perinatal and Postpartum Counseling
Perinatal counseling is a specialized form of psychotherapy that supports mothers and families during pregnancy and throughout the first year(s) after childbirth. It addresses the emotional, psychological, and relational changes that can occur during this transition, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment to parenthood, pregnancy loss, infertility, birth trauma, and changes in identity or relationships.
Perinatal counseling provides a safe, supportive space to explore concerns, develop coping strategies, strengthen emotional well-being, and foster resilience during the journey into parenthood. Services are tailored to each individual's unique experiences and may be beneficial for expectant parents, new parents, and those planning to grow their families.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one process designed to help you better understand yourself, achieve personal goals, and create meaningful change in the patterns affecting your emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and a holistic mind–body perspective, treatment addresses both current challenges and their underlying causes. Sessions are individualized to support concerns such as anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and the unique pressures faced by high performers in demanding personal, academic, athletic, or professional environments.
Many clients seek therapy when external success is accompanied by internal stress, perfectionism, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a growing sense of disconnection from themselves. The therapeutic process provides a space to build insight, resilience, and greater balance while fostering lasting emotional and relational well-being.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is particularly effective for individuals seeking support with anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and interpersonal patterns. In addition to the insights gained through individual therapy, the group setting provides a unique opportunity to explore how one relates to others in real time. Members receive honest feedback, practice new ways of connecting, and gain perspective from shared experiences.
Within a structured and confidential environment, participants are invited to be seen, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways that foster growth. Group therapy can deepen self-awareness, reduce feelings of isolation, strengthen interpersonal skills, and promote lasting emotional and relational change through the healing experience of community and connection.

Mental performance training
Competitive anxiety

Injury rehabilitation support
Team and relationship challenges
Identity beyond sport
Transitioning between teams, levels of competition, or retirement
My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with performance psychology principles to support both athletic achievement and personal growth.
Mental health is not isolated—it’s an interconnected system.
We focus on the dynamic interaction between your psychology, past traumas, environment, and mind–body connection. Your internal experience, external demands, relationships, and physiological responses are all working together—often in ways that are subtle, patterned, and highly conditioned over time.
A holistic mental health approach means we don’t treat symptoms in isolation. We look at the full picture.
